ADHD AI Jumpstart

90 minutes. A clear starting point. Less overwhelm.

You've heard that AI is supposed to make work easier. Maybe you've opened ChatGPT, spent 20 minutes going in circles, and closed the tab. Maybe you have six AI tools installed and use none of them consistently.

The Jumpstart is built for exactly that moment.

In 90 minutes, you'll see where AI fits your work and life. Not a generic list. A starting point built around how you work.

What happens in the session

The Jumpstart is a one-on-one session. No slides, no lecture, no homework before you show up. You say how your brain works. The session sorts what's worth trying from what to skip.

You leave with:

  • A personal stack recommendation: the 3–5 tools that actually fit your workflow, your energy patterns, and the specific ways your ADHD shows up
  • A first experiment to run in the next 7 days: specific, low-stakes, and designed to be easy to stick with
  • A written summary of everything from the session, organized so you can open it and know what to do next

That's it. No upsell at the end. No pressure to sign up for anything else. A clear starting point.

Who it's for

This session is a good fit if:

  • You're curious about AI but don't know where to start, and the amount of information out there makes it worse, not better
  • You've tried a few tools and they didn't stick, and you're not sure if the tools were wrong or the approach was wrong
  • You want someone to just tell you what to try, based on how your specific brain works
  • You have a limited amount of time and energy to spend figuring this out, and you'd rather use it well

A few things worth knowing

You don't need to prepare anything.Show up as you are. The session has a structure, so you don't have to bring one.

It works whether or not you've tried AI before. A total beginner is a fine starting point. So is someone who has been using ChatGPT for two years and still feels like they are missing something.

The session adapts to where you are that day. High energy, low energy, distracted, or hyperfocused. It is designed to work in whatever state you arrive in.

The written summary arrives the same day, so you don't have to remember everything from the call.

FAQ

How is this different from just watching YouTube tutorials?

Tutorials are built for a general audience. This session is built for you, specifically. The tools, the workflow, and the experiment are based on how your brain actually works, not how a standard productivity system assumes it should.

What if I can't focus for 90 minutes?

That's a reasonable concern, and the session is built for it. There is structure for both low-energy and high-energy days. You won't be expected to sit still and absorb information for 90 minutes straight.

What do I need to do before the session?

Fill out a short intake form (about 5 minutes) and show up. That's it.

What's in the written summary?

Your personal stack recommendation, the specific tools identified, the first experiment you're going to run, and any key things from the conversation worth holding onto. It's formatted to be useful at a glance, not a wall of text.

What if I want to keep working together after the session?

The Jumpstart stands on its own. Longer options, a deeper stack build and ongoing coaching, are coming soon. Email george@adhdstack.ai if you'd like to hear when they open.

Can I book this for someone else — like my ADHD teenager?

The Jumpstart is designed for adults (18+). The ADHD Student Stack Session and ADHD Student Coaching are coming soon.
