Some things work better when someone's in the room with you. Or on the call. Or just checking in to say: hey, you said you wanted to do that thing this week. Did you?

That's what this is.

1:1 ADHD Coaching is a weekly session: ongoing, adaptive, and built specifically for how your brain operates. Not a one-time session. Not a system you set up and then leave to fall apart. A consistent relationship that shows up with you through the good weeks and the hard ones.

What this is — and what it's not

What it is: A weekly coaching relationship focused on executive function, accountability, AI tool integration, and building systems and habits that actually work for your specific ADHD brain, over time, not just in theory.

What it isn't: A one-time session, a system you set up and leave, or unlimited access. Sessions are weekly and 50 minutes. Between-session notes are for quick clarifications. Coaching works on what and how, starting from where you are today.

Who it's for

This is a good fit if:

  • You've tried systems (apps, planners, and strategies) and they work for two weeks and then stop. You're not looking for another system. You're looking for someone to help you actually use one.
  • You know what you need to do but can't consistently make yourself do it. The problem isn't information. The problem is follow-through, and you've been trying to solve that alone.
  • Your energy and focus vary enough week to week that you need support that adapts, not a rigid plan that only works on your best days.
  • You're using some AI tools but they're not integrated into how you actually work. You want to change that with real support, not another video to watch.
  • You've had coaching before and felt like you had to present a better version of yourself. This relationship is built to handle the honest version.

What a month of coaching actually looks like

Week by week. Most weeks, you show up to a 50-minute session. You say what happened since the last session: not just the wins, but the stuck points and the misses too. None of those get treated differently from the wins. They're all information.

From there, you figure out together what's most worth working on that week. Some weeks it's a specific stuck thing. Some weeks it's adapting a tool that's not quite working. Some weeks it's just naming what keeps getting in the way and building a plan small enough to actually work.

Every session ends with one specific next step, not a to-do list, one thing. Designed for the version of you that's going to show up on your hardest day, not your best one.

What happens on a bad week. You show up anyway. If you had a week where nothing went as planned, nothing got done, and you forgot things, that's actually the week where coaching is most useful. The goal isn't a clean record. The goal is figuring out what got in the way and what to try differently.

What the work is for. Early sessions are about understanding your patterns and building a foundation. Later sessions go deeper. 1:1 ADHD Coaching is coming soon.

Who it's not for

  • If you're just starting to explore AI tools and want a clear starting point before committing to ongoing work, the ADHD AI Jumpstart is one session, $195, no ongoing commitment.
  • If you haven't built any system yet and your biggest frustration is that nothing's set up, the Individualized ADHD Stack gets the infrastructure in place first. The Stack is also coming soon.
  • If you need support for a whole team or organization, the ADHD Workplace services are built for that context.
  • If you want unlimited access between sessions, this isn't that. Sessions are weekly, 50 minutes, with one short check-in between them. Questions about fit: get in touch.

A few things worth knowing

Sessions are 50 minutes, weekly. That's the standing cadence. Life shifts happen, but the consistency is the point. The value of this relationship is cumulative. Sporadic sessions don't build the same way.

AI is part of the work, not an add-on.AI tools are used in sessions, specific things get recommended between sessions, and those recommendations get refined based on what's actually helping your brain, not what's theoretically useful.

You will have weeks where nothing gets done. That's not a reason to cancel your session. That's a reason to show up. The work on those weeks is often the most important.

This is not unlimited access.Sessions are weekly, 50 minutes. Between-session communication is available for quick clarifications, not for extended coaching conversations. What's included is clearly defined.

FAQ

What happens when I completely fall apart one week?

You show up. The coaching relationship is built for your worst weeks, not just your productive ones. If you're embarrassed about what happened, that embarrassment is usually the most important thing to talk about first.

What if I need to cancel a session?

Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. More than two cancellations in a month without rescheduling is worth a conversation, not a punishment, just a signal about what's making it hard to show up.

I've had ADHD coaching before and it felt patronizing. How is this different?

This is a conversation from inside ADHD, not an explanation from the outside. If something feels off, you say so. That's also coaching.

How long does coaching last?

There is no set length yet. 1:1 ADHD Coaching is coming soon. The plan is to keep going while the work is useful, and both sides get to say when it is not.

What if it turns out this isn't the right fit?

You say so. There's no penalty for ending the engagement. If the work isn't useful, continuing it doesn't help either of you. Closing wraps the work with a useful summary.
