A complete, working AI stack built for your brain — not a list of apps to try someday.

A deeper, longer build of your own AI tools and workflows.

The next step after a Jumpstart. Details coming soon.

Most people who want to use AI tools for ADHD end up with a folder of apps they downloaded, a few prompts that didn't quite work, and a nagging sense that they're missing something. Not because they didn't try. Building a working system takes more than a list of recommendations.

The Individualized ADHD Stack is a 4–6 week engagement. It starts with a deep discovery session to understand how your brain works, what's breaking, and what you've already tried. Then the build: configure the tools, write the prompts, design the workflows, and document everything in a personal stack playbook that's yours to keep.

By the end, you have a working system, not a plan to implement someday.

What this is

A build engagement. The deliverable is a complete, personalized AI tool stack: configured for your specific ADHD presentation, your work context, and your actual energy patterns, not what you hope your energy patterns will be.

The engagement runs over 4–6 weeks. That timeline exists because building a stack that actually sticks requires time to test what works in real conditions, adjust what doesn't, and document everything clearly enough that you can use it on your own when the engagement ends.

At the end, you receive a written stack document: your personal AI stack playbook. Everything that was built: the tools you're using, the workflows for different contexts, the prompt library, the protocols for different energy states, and a quick-start checklist for getting back on track after a rough stretch.

What's different about this engagement

The setup actually happens

This isn't a session where you leave with a list of tools to explore. Configuration support is included. If a tool needs a system prompt written, it gets written with you. If a workflow needs to be mapped and tested, it gets mapped and tested. You don't go home with homework. You go home with things that work.

Built for your real self, not your ideal self

This engagement builds for the version of you that's exhausted, scattered, and just needs something that still works. Every tool and workflow is checked against that version.

The stack is documented

At the end of the engagement, the stack document captures everything. You don't have to remember what was built. It's written down in a format your brain can actually use.

What a 4–6 week engagement looks like

  1. 1.Week 1: Discovery. A 60–75 minute deep discovery session: the most important conversation in the engagement. It covers how your brain actually works, what breaks and when, what you've tried, and what success has looked like in the past. The tools don't come until after this conversation.
  2. 2.Weeks 1–2: Initial build. Based on discovery, the core tools and workflows get identified and built first. The highest-priority pieces are set up and tested in your real workflow, not a demo environment.
  3. 3.Weeks 3–4: Refinement. What's working stays. What isn't gets adjusted. This is also the highest-risk phase. The novelty has worn off, and it takes some deliberate work to keep the momentum. Expect a mid-engagement check-in specifically designed for this window.
  4. 4.Weeks 4–6: Documentation and handoff. The working pieces get documented in the stack document. Everything is organized so you can find it, use it, and maintain it on your own.

Who it's for

The Individualized ADHD Stack is for ADHD adults who:

  • Want a complete, working system, not another starting point
  • Have tried various tools and approaches and want something personalized enough to actually stick
  • Are willing to test things in your real workflow during the engagement, not just think about it theoretically
  • Have 4–6 weeks to work through the build process at a sustainable pace

This is also a strong next step if you've done a Jumpstart session and want to go further than a single session can take you.

Who it's not for

If what you need is ongoing support, someone to check in with weekly as you navigate work and life with ADHD, this isn't that. The Individualized ADHD Stack is a build engagement with a defined end. ADHD Coaching is the right fit for ongoing support.

If what you need is something purpose-built that doesn't exist in any off-the-shelf tool, such as a custom GPT or a workflow built for a very specific problem, Custom ADHD AI Tools is designed for that. That page is not up yet. Get in touch and ask.

FAQ

How is this different from the Jumpstart session?

The Jumpstart is a single 90-minute session, a starting point. The Individualized ADHD Stack is a build engagement. You leave the Jumpstart with clarity and direction. You leave the Stack engagement with a working, configured, documented system. The Stack is coming soon.

What if I've already tried a lot of tools and nothing has stuck?

That's useful information. The discovery session goes deep on what you've tried, so the stack can be different from what you've already tried.

Do I have to be technical?

No. Configuration support is included. If something requires technical setup, it gets walked through together, or configured and explained. The standard is: you leave the engagement able to use everything in your stack without technical support.

What happens in weeks 3 and 4?

This is the part most productivity programs don't talk about. Novelty wears off, motivation drops, and the new system starts to feel like effort. It's predictable with ADHD, and this engagement plans for it. There's a mid-engagement check-in specifically for this window, not to add pressure, but to assess what's working in real conditions and adjust before the momentum drops further.

What does the stack document look like?

A written document in five sections: your tool inventory, workflow guides for different contexts, a prompt library ready to use, energy-state protocols for different days, and a quick-start checklist for when you need to get back on track fast. It's yours to keep and update.

Can I add more tools during the engagement?

The engagement is scoped around what the discovery session surfaces. If something new comes up during the build that clearly belongs in your stack, it can be included. If what you're describing is a separate custom build, that's a Custom ADHD AI Tools engagement. That page is not up yet.

Build a system you can actually use

Four to six weeks. Discovery first. A written playbook at the end.
