George Parker, doing business as ADHDstack AIruns adhdstack.ai. In this policy, "we" means us.

What we collect

When you fill out a form, we collect what you type in. That can be:

• your name and email
• your organization and role
• your message or answers

We may offer optional health questions later. We only collect those answers if you choose to answer and tick a separate consent box.

Our hosts may collect basic technical data needed to run the site, such as browser type. We do not use advertising analytics or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• reply to you
• schedule conversations
• prepare for coaching or consulting
• send occasional updates, but only if you tick the updates box

We use health answers only to understand your needs, and only when you have given consent.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information.
• We don't use it for targeted ads.
• We don't share health answers with your employer, insurer, or anyone else without your separate permission.

Who helps us

Some companies help us run the site. They can only use your information to provide their service to us.

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Supabase stores form answers in our database.
• Resend sends George an email alert when someone submits a form. Health answers are never put in these emails or alerts.
• Calendly handles booking.
• Stripe handles payment.

Health questions

• Health questions are optional.
• We only collect your answers if you give consent.
• We keep health answers separate.
• We limit who can see them.
• We keep them out of email.
• We delete them when you ask. We also delete them when we no longer need them, within 12 months of our last contact.
• You can take back your consent at any time.

Some states, like Washington and Nevada, give extra rights over health data. We honor those requests for everyone.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• show you your information
• correct it
• delete it
• stop sending you emails

How long we keep it

• We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
• If you don't become a client, we keep your information for up to 12 months after we last talked.
• We delete spam form entries within 30 days.
• If you become a client, we keep your information with your client records.

Children

This site isn't for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Not medical care

ADHDstack AI offers coaching and consulting. It is not medical or mental-health treatment. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 (US).
